It is our mission to pursue, promote and protect the interests of Off-Highway Vehicle users. To encourage development of better and more enthusiastic relations between the general public, media and the operators of OHV's. To encourage rider participation in events: to encourage discussion among members of matters pertaining to OHV's. To sponsor and organize events: and in general to perform any acts therewith not forbidden by the laws of the State of California.

Is to provide a structured and educational program in which all interested persons have opportunities to learn safe operation skill and increase comfort and enjoyment of the sport of off road riding. It is also to encourage good riding habits, be involved in civic and charitable affairs and to project a positive image of the sport of off road riding to the public in all its forms.
